Directory: Browse the community directory to discover professionals across industries, occupations, and interests. Use the directory to identify potential collaborators, mentors, peers, or simply people whose work inspires you.



Message: Send direct messages to fellow members to ask questions, share insights, and build one-on-one relationships. Messaging makes it easy to continue conversations, collaborate privately, and network in a more personal way.



Channels: Explore curated channels designed to guide your community experience. Channels are organized by interests, industry, and resources—making it easy to find relevant conversations, share ideas, and stay informed without feeling overwhelmed.



Small Groups: Join focused small groups for deeper engagement. These spaces are ideal for more intimate discussions, accountability, mentorship, and collaboration with members who share similar goals and interests.


Getting Started


Step 1: Subscribe

Start by subscribing to a Level Up Development plan that includes access to the Community Workspace.


Step 2: Accept Your Slack Invitation

After subscribing, you’ll receive an invitation email to join the Level Up Community Workspace on Slack.

  • Click the link in the email

  • Sign in to Slack (or create a free Slack account if you don’t already have one)

  • Accept the invitation to join the workspace


Tip: You can use the same email address for multiple Slack workspaces.


Step 3: Complete Your Profile

Once inside the workspace:

  • Add a profile photo

  • Update your title, role, or focus areas

  • Include a short bio so other members know who you are and what you’re interested in


A complete profile makes it easier for others to connect with you meaningfully.


Step 4: Explore Channels

Browse the available channels and join the ones that align with your interests, industry, or goals. Start by introducing yourself, reacting to conversations, or sharing a relevant resource.


Step 5: Engage & Connect

Use the directory and channels to:

  • Send your first direct message

  • Join a small group

  • Participate in ongoing discussions

  • Ask questions or offer insights


The more you engage, the more value you’ll get from the community.
