Kickoff calls are a critical step in any project. They help build a strong working relationship with clients, service providers, and stakeholder for ensuring that everyone is on the same page from the outset of the project.
During this meeting, it is common to discuss the planning, execution, timeline, and any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project. It is also common to review any relevant documentation or materials to support the project.
Things To Consider
During a client kickoff call, it is good practice to consider a niche range of topics to ensure that the needed parties have a shared understanding of the project and what it will entail. Recommendations and elements to consider as they pertain to kickoff calls are as follows:
Introductions: Team members and stakeholders should introduce themselves and communicate their roles as it pertains to the project.
